Is it really possible to earn a six (6) figure income at home, working online, sometimes in your pajamas? I once thought that was meant to be the salaries or wages of the 'high fliers' in Wall Street's decorated offices. Or perhaps it's meant for those in the high echelons of financial stock brokers in the City in London, England. My answers is not anymore. You see when many people think or hear about the recession in the news media: CNN, BBC and the rest, they think it (the recession) is every where: affecting every way of our life right now. However the truth, and this may come as a shock to you, is that the recession is only on Wall Street, The City (London), Postdamer Platz (Berlin) and other financial centers around the world.

Hear this: there is no recession on the Internet. Yes there is no recession online! People are flocking to the Internet in their droves in search of legitimate, honest business opportunities ventures, franchises to replace their. You can do the research and confirm what I'm saying here.

So how do you take advantage of this? Or better still how do you position yourself in front of this tidal wave of people coming online to work from home so that you can make a six figure income working from home, online in your pyjamas (if you want)? Read on.

The unfortunate side of the equation is that most of these work at home, make money online, income opportunity, whatever you want to call it, are just empty promises! Prior to that I have tried many other opportunities: from pushing lotions, potions, pills, hand creams, organizing home parties to stuffing envelopes to typing at home to completing surveys. You name it. Chances are I tried it or something similar! I failed or at least made some 'peanu't commissions for my troubles, not because of inactivity on my part but just that most of these schemes have a broken business model from the start. Business models were not sustainable. And if you really look behind these companies you will find that there is no real, relevant, unique product behind the colorful graphically designed website.

So what is the 3 percent of work at home opportunities that you can leverage to earn a six figure income at home? How do you identify one of them? What parameters should look for? Here are a few of them. Don't let the enticing graphics 'fool' you to part with your money yet. And, do not let your emotions take the better of you when you are shown some checks online, some flashy sports car on the screen.

Here is what look for and be satisfied before signing up.

- Look at the management. Who is or are behind the company. Do they have integrity? How long have they been online. I mean the primary company not the affiliates.

- The products being sold. If the products did not have the financial incentive attached to it would you be proud in order to purchase it? Is the product unique or is it just a copy of other companies' product in a different package? Everywhere you go these days people are pushing juices or supplements. It's like every 6 weeks or so we have a new nutritional supplement company being born.

- Marketing and training. Extremely important! No marketing training, no sales. Period!
